Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Parent Mindset. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations can result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited activity

You may not use Parent Mindset to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law;
Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or discriminate against any person or group;
Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit;
Produce content through the Parent Guide AI that is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, server, network, or data;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, networks, or other users' access to or use of the Service;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or authentication features, including free-tier usage caps, rate-limiting, and subscription gating;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except where permitted by law;
Introduce viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or any code intended to harm the Service or its users;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Scraping, crawling, and data extraction

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, aggregate, mirror, cache, or systematically extract content, data, metadata, or user-generated material from the Service, by any automated or manual means, except:

Access by standard search engine crawlers that honour robots.txt, for the purpose of indexing our publicly accessible marketing and blog pages; or
Access expressly authorized in writing by Boost Innovation Inc.

AI training prohibition

You may not use the Service, any Materials, or any content generated by the Parent Guide feature to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, distill, or otherwise improve any machine learning model, large language model, embedding model, or artificial intelligence system without a separate written license from Boost Innovation Inc.

This prohibition applies whether the target model is commercial, research, proprietary, open source, or personal. Boost Innovation Inc. expressly opts out of having its content used to train AI systems operated by third parties.

Commercial use restrictions

Accounts are for individual, personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any portion of it;
Use the Service on behalf of a club, school, team, or organization without a separate written agreement;
Share a single account among multiple people or households.

User-generated content

You are responsible for any content you submit. You may not submit content that:

Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity right;
Contains personal information of third parties (including other parents, coaches, or children) that you do not have the right to share;
Attempts to use the Parent Guide feature to produce content that violates this AUP.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, investigate and take appropriate action (including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, cooperating with law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies) for any violation of this AUP.
