How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > scroll to the bottom > tap "Delete Account." Your data will be removed within 30 days. You can also email info@boostinnovation.ca from the email associated with your account.
Can I use Coach Mindset for multiple sports?
Yes. Select all the sports you coach during onboarding, and switch between them at any time from the sidebar.
Is my data shared with other users?
Only content you explicitly mark as "Public" is visible to others. Assessment scores are anonymized in peer benchmarks. See our Privacy Policy for details.
