For Athletic Directors, Club Owners, & League Leaders

Every coach in your program.
One standard.

You hired coaches you trust. You still have no idea what's happening at Tuesday's practice, Thursday's film session, or Saturday's game talk. Coach Mindset for Programs gives you visibility across your entire coaching staff — one curriculum, one philosophy, one source of truth, measurable athlete development, and the evidence you need to show your board, your parents, and your community what your program is actually doing.

Custom pricing by coach count · Onboarding in weeks, not quarters · No software to install

Most athletic programs run on trust, not visibility.

You're leading a program of 10, 30, 150 coaches. You hope they're aligned on philosophy, age-appropriate progression, and what excellence looks like. Hope is not a strategy — and when a parent complaint, a safety incident, or a board question lands on your desk, hope does not hold up.

01

Inconsistency across coaches

Your U12 A-side coach runs a game-based session. Your U12 B-side coach runs static drills from 1994. Same program, same fees, two completely different developmental experiences — and parents notice.

02

Zero visibility into what coaches actually do

You show up to 1 in every 40 practices. The rest are a black box. When something goes wrong, you find out from a parent email — not from a system that would have surfaced the pattern three weeks earlier.

03

Institutional knowledge walks out the door

When your best coach leaves, so does everything they built — session plans, drill progressions, athlete context, parent communication patterns. The next coach starts from scratch. Your program starts from scratch. Again.

What Coach Mindset for Programs gives you

A coaching operating system for your entire program — not 30 individual coach subscriptions, not a one-time certification that fades in a month, not a PDF binder that nobody opens. A living platform that makes your program run the way you've always described it in board meetings.

🗂️

Program-Wide Dashboard

See every coach, every practice plan, every athlete development trend across your entire program in one view. Filter by sport, age group, coach experience. Export anything for your board deck.

📋

Assigned Curriculum

Require specific learning modules for every new coach on your staff. Track completion. Flag gaps. Bring volunteer coaches up to a professional standard in the first month — not the third season.

🧭

Program Philosophy & Standards

Publish your program's coaching philosophy, age-group standards, playing-time rules, and session design principles in one place. Every coach signs on. Every parent can see what you stand for.

📊

Athlete Development Tracking

Longitudinal records of every athlete across every coach they've had in your program. When a kid moves up, their next coach inherits eight seasons of context in ten seconds.

🛡️

Compliance & Credential Management

Coach background checks, SafeSport / Safe Sport, concussion protocol, first aid — all tracked in one place with auto-reminders before anything expires. No more scrambling the week before tryouts.

📑

Reporting for Your Board

Quarterly PDF reports you can put in front of a board, a parent association, or a funder — coach development hours, athlete retention, program consistency, safety record. Evidence, not adjectives.

Built for the people who actually run sport

If you're responsible for more than one coach, this is for you. The specifics shift depending on who you are, but the core problem is the same: aligning a roster of adults around a shared standard of development for kids.

Schools & Colleges

Athletic Directors

  • Unify 20–80 coaches across 10+ sports under one professional development standard
  • Satisfy state, district, and conference compliance requirements without chasing paperwork
  • Give new hires a structured onboarding so the 2nd-year varsity assistant performs like a 5th-year varsity assistant
  • Show your board the data that justifies your athletics budget every spring
Private Clubs & Academies

Club Owners & Program Directors

  • Protect your brand: the consistency across your coaches is what parents pay premium fees for
  • Reduce churn — the clubs that lose the fewest families are the ones with the most coherent development pathway
  • Use coaching development as a recruiting tool: "We invest in our coaches" closes parents better than any marketing brochure
  • Build a succession plan. When your head coach opens their own club, your program doesn't collapse with them
Associations & Competitive Leagues

League Commissioners

  • Raise the floor: a distributed coaching staff across 30 teams runs at the level of your weakest coach — unless you give every coach the same foundation
  • Standardize age-appropriate rules, session design, and playing-time policy across every member team
  • Professionalize the volunteer experience. A parent-coach with real tools is a retained parent-coach
  • Report coach development metrics to your national governing body, sponsors, and boards
NSOs, PSOs & Federations

Sport Governing Bodies

  • Deliver LTAD-aligned curriculum at scale across every affiliated club, association, and region
  • Close the gap between your certification standards and what happens on the ground at Tuesday's practice
  • Run parallel coach-development tracks by sport, stream, and level — with centralized reporting
  • Partner with us on sport-specific content we co-develop with your technical staff
Available Add-On · Parent Mindset

Your coaches are aligned.
Make sure your parents are too.

Coach Mindset for Programs aligns the adults on the sideline. Parent Mindset — our sibling product — aligns the adults in the stands, in the car on the way home, and at the dinner table. Offer it per-family as part of your program, and you become the only club, school, or league in your market developing both sides of the sport relationship.

"The kid in front of you matters more than the athlete you hope they'll become."
The core Parent Mindset belief — echoed to every parent in your program

01Your #1 complaint category becomes a coachable behavior

Most complaints that reach your coaches — and then your desk — start with parent behavior. Sideline coaching, car-ride-home pressure, angry emails after losses, the parent demanding their kid play a specific position. Parent Mindset gives every family in your program situation-specific scripts, pre-game rituals, post-game protocols, and coach-communication frameworks. Root-cause the problem instead of triaging it.

02Retention across your entire ecosystem

Athletes leave for two reasons: they stopped having fun, or they felt like they didn't matter. Parents make both of those worse without meaning to. Programs that invest in parent development see measurably higher multi-season retention — of athletes, of coaches, and of the families who become your most loyal advocates and referral source.

03Unmatched positioning in your market

No competing club, school, or league in your region offers parent development as part of program membership. Put it in your tryout brochure. Highlight it in your school board presentation. Show it to prospective families at the info night. "We invest in your entire family's experience of sport" closes better than any brochure copy — and you'll be the only program saying it.

04One data story for your board

Parent engagement metrics — articles read, pathways completed, weekly reflections logged — roll into the same program dashboard as your coach development data. "Our coaches and our parents are actively investing in our program's standards" is a dramatically stronger board narrative than coach metrics alone. You get one unified evidence story, not two separate ones.

Add Parent Mindset to your quote

Priced per-parent on top of your coach subscription. Typical add-on: $2–$4 per parent per month with volume discounts at 200+ families. Offer it bundled in your membership fees or as opt-in for your parents — we help you decide the structure during onboarding. See what parents get →

What changes when this is in place

Not abstract. Specific outcomes that show up within a season and compound across years.

Fewer parent complaints

Most parent complaints are symptoms of inconsistency — "my kid got less playing time than the other team's kid on the same club." When every coach operates on a published standard, the number of escalations that reach your desk drops measurably.

Retention across athletes & coaches

Athletes leave sport for two main reasons: they stopped having fun, or they felt like they didn't matter. Coaches leave for the same reasons. A program with shared standards and real development is the single biggest lever on both numbers.

Σ

Institutional memory that persists

When a coach leaves, your program keeps the session plans, the athlete histories, the drill library, the philosophy. The new hire is productive in their first week, not their second season.

📈

Evidence you can show anyone

A printed PDF with coach development hours, athlete retention trends, compliance status, and program consistency metrics — ready for your next board meeting, funding application, or parent AGM. No more "trust me, it's going well."

How onboarding actually works

Enterprise software in sport is famous for taking a year to go live. Ours is not. Most programs run their first aligned session within 30 days.

Discovery Call

45 minutes. You tell us about your program — sports, coach count, structure, pain points. We tell you exactly what this would look like for you and what it would cost.

Configuration

We set up your program's instance: coach cohorts, sport selections, philosophy document, required curriculum, reporting templates. You approve everything before a single coach gets an invite.

Coach Onboarding

Your coaches are invited in a staged rollout. Live training session included. Most coaches are productive on the platform within their first practice-planning session.

Success Partner

You get a dedicated contact who checks in quarterly, flags issues before they become problems, and helps you put the reporting data in front of the right stakeholders.

Custom Pricing

Priced by coach count. Quoted by program.

We don't publish list pricing because your program is not generic. A 15-coach hockey club, a 120-coach district athletic department, and a 400-coach provincial sport organization all need different things. You get a quote that reflects your program — not a list price that forces you into the wrong tier.

Typical programs land between $15–$45 per coach per month, with multi-year terms available. Volume discounts above 100 coaches. Non-profit and educational institution pricing available.

◆ Optional Add-On
Parent Mindset for every family — add $2–$4 per parent per month to extend development to your whole community. Learn more ↑

Questions you're going to ask anyway

We already have a coaching certification / LTAD framework. Does this replace it?
No. Coach Mindset for Programs complements existing certification (NCCP, USOPC, national governing body, sport-specific). We operationalize what your certification says — bringing your coaches back to the practical tools between re-certification cycles, and giving you the reporting your governing body wants to see.
How much of my coaches' time does this take?
The baseline is near zero — coaches use the practice planner because it saves them time, not because it costs them time. Required curriculum we set up for your program typically runs 15–30 minutes per module, and coaches choose when to do it. The reporting and dashboards are for you, not them.
Our coaches are volunteers. Will they actually use it?
Volunteer coaches are our highest-engagement segment. Why: most volunteer coaches want to be good at this and don't have time to research it from scratch. Give a parent-coach a session plan built on sport-science principles, ready in 90 seconds, and they will use it every week. Adoption data from programs with 70%+ volunteer rosters regularly exceeds 85%.
Is this safe for minors? What about data protection?
Yes. The platform is COPPA-informed, GDPR-aware, and built around a parental-consent workflow for any athlete-identifying data. By default, athletes are anonymized. Your program configures exactly what level of athlete data (if any) you want to surface, and we walk you through the compliance posture during onboarding.
Can we customize the curriculum to our program's specific methodology?
Yes. Program-tier organizations get custom module authoring — we work with your technical director, head coach, or curriculum lead to publish your methodology inside the platform alongside the built-in content. Your philosophy, your drills, your standards — delivered to every coach on your staff.
What does "success" look like 12 months in?
Concretely: every coach on your staff has completed your required onboarding curriculum. Your program has a published philosophy document that every coach has seen. You have 12 months of practice-planning, athlete-development, and compliance data in one dashboard. You can produce a board-ready PDF report in under five minutes. Coach and athlete retention have measurably improved.
We're a small club. Is this overkill?
Maybe. If you have fewer than ~8 coaches, the individual Coach Mindset subscription is probably where you should start — your coaches each get a pro account, and you informally align them. Coach Mindset for Programs is built for the scale where informal alignment stops working. If you're not sure, email us and we'll tell you honestly.
We're a governing body representing hundreds of clubs. Do you do federation-level deployments?
Yes. Federation and national-sport-organization deployments are a specific thing we do. You license at the federation level, your member clubs get sub-accounts, you maintain central reporting and curriculum while each club operates in its own workspace. Pricing and implementation are scoped specifically to federation-scale programs.
How does the Parent Mindset add-on actually work in practice?
Two common structures. Bundled: you include Parent Mindset in your program membership fees so every registered family gets access automatically — no parent action needed, no opt-in friction, cleanest from a program-marketing standpoint. Opt-in: you offer it at a reduced rate to your families and let each household choose. Bundled has the biggest adoption numbers and the strongest board story ("every family in our program is developing"); opt-in has a lower floor price and lets parents self-select. We walk you through the math of each option during onboarding. You can also do a hybrid — bundled for one registration tier (e.g. competitive), opt-in for another (e.g. recreational). The platform handles all of it.
